Highway Safety Services, LLC provides management services for the American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association (ADTSEA). ADTSEA is the association for driver education teachers and traffic safety professionals in the United States and Canada.
Highway Safety Services, LLC provides management services for the State Motorcycle Safety Association (SMSA). SMSA is the State Motorcycle Safety Association and motorcycle safety professionals.

The SMSA Executive Committee entered into an agreement with Highway Safety Services to manage the SMSA business operations and collaborate on national and regional motorcycle safety projects January 1, 2012.
